Residential Window Cleaning
What to Expect On the Day of Your Window Cleaning
-
We will arrive on time, in uniform, and we will wear shoe covers inside your home.
-
Our equipment is designed to prevent drips and spills inside your home and we cover the tops of all ladders to protect your walls.
-
SPECIAL NOTE: If you would like to have windows cleaned that are blocked by heavy furniture, breakable items, or plants, we ask that you move them yourself. We would like to keep our crews and your possessions safe!
-
If you will not be at home, please make sure we will have access to all windows to be cleaned (i.e. unlock gates, screened doors, etc.).
Our Window Cleaning Process
-
We use only the best tools and solutions to give you the cleanest windows possible.
-
We scrub your windows with a professional window cleaning solution that leaves no haze and is safe for use on all window film.
-
Then, we use squeegees to remove the dirty solution.
-
Next, we detail the edges of the glass with a lint free towel and wipe up any excess solution and loose dirt from the sill with a damp cloth. We will also remove any spider webs and other debris from inside the window frame. In some cases, a house wash may be needed to clean the dirtiest frames.
-
We brush any screens you may have with a dry brush and wipe the screen frames clean.
-
When necessary, paint, tape, and other debris are removed with a glass scraper. There may be an additional charge for excessive paint removal, but we will let you know if this is the case before we begin.
-
If your windows don’t require any exterior scraping, we may clean them using water-fed poles and deionized water, leaving a spot-free shine.
-
Now, you can sit back and enjoy your sparkling windows!
