Residential Window Cleaning

We respect your time and your home as if they were our own. We will arrive on time, in uniform, and we will wear shoe covers inside your home.
Our equipment is designed to prevent drips and spills inside your home and we cover all ladders to protect your walls.
If you have any breakable items or plants blocking the windows, we ask that you move them yourself.
We will move all but the heaviest furniture out of the way and move it back when we are finished.

We use only the best tools and solutions to give you the cleanest windows possible.
We begin by scrubbing your windows with a soft scrubber and a professional window cleaning solution. Our solution leaves no haze and is safe for use on all window film.
Then, with the swipe of a squeegee, we remove all the dirt suspended in the solution.
Next, we detail the edges of the glass with a lint free towel.
Excess solution and any loose dirt are wiped from the sill with a damp cloth. We will also remove any spider webs and other debris that are inside the window frame. In some cases, a house wash may be needed to clean the dirtiest frames.
We brush any screens with a dry brush and wipe the screen frames clean.
When necessary, paint, tape, and other debris are removed with a glass scraper. There may be an additional charge for excessive paint removal, but we will let you know if this is the case before we begin.
If your windows don't require any scraping on the outside, we may clean them with pure water technology, reducing the risks involved with ladder use and leaving a spot-free shine.
